The Flipped Classroom
The flipped classroom turns the traditional teaching model of “sage on the stage” into the “guide on the side” by removing teachers from their typical role as the centralized point of interaction and information, and it redefines them as facilitators of student inquiry, exploration, and learning. This workshop will cover the basic concepts of a flipped classroom as well as the available technology to assist you in the development and management of your own flipped classroom.
